Navigation Redesign Prototype for review

For the VapeHub team

A menu people can
actually use.

Today, opening a category on VapeHub drops shoppers into a wall of hundreds of products, stacked under “A, B, C” links that don’t lead anywhere. It’s slow to use, easy to give up on, and hard for Google to make sense of.

The fix

Replace the alphabet soup with a handful of clear categories and tidy, curated panels — so people find what they want in a click or two, on any device.

One category, before & after

Here’s what happens today when someone opens a category — next to what the new menu does instead.

A curated panel

shop by type, by brand, a featured deal

What’s changing, and why it matters

The short version, in plain English.

1Real categories, not the alphabet

Eight clear sections — Vape Kits, Pods & Refills, E-Liquids, Nicotine Pouches, Brands, Deals, Guides, plus New In — replace the A–Z list. People browse the way they actually shop.

2Tidy panels, not a wall of products

Each category opens onto a curated panel: shop by type, jump to a brand, and a featured deal. No more scrolling past hundreds of items to find one.

3Every link goes somewhere

No more dead ends. Every link leads to a real page. A small number of new pages are flagged for us to build before it goes live.

4Built for phones

On mobile it becomes a clean tap-to-open menu with big, thumb-friendly buttons — where most of your shoppers actually are.

5Easier to find means more sold

When people reach what they want in a click or two, more of them buy — and fewer give up before they’ve started.

6A clearer shop for Google, too

A logical structure gives Google a much clearer picture of the shop than a list of letters ever could — which helps the right pages get found.
