The Hayati Pro Max Plus is a rechargeable prefilled pod kit built for people who want big-puff longevity without going back to single-use devices. An 850mAh USB-C battery drives a 1.0 Ohms Mesh, and each pod pairs a 2ml prefilled chamber with a 10ml auto-refill container — roughly 6,000 puffs per pack.
It sits in our Ban-Proof Big Puffs range: fully compliant with the UK rules that came into force in June 2025, because the pods swap rather than the whole device going in the bin. You keep the format and the flavour range; you just stop throwing the battery away.

How long will one pod actually last you?
This is the question we get asked most, and manufacturer puff counts are close to useless for answering it because they assume a very short draw. Our own testing averaged 4,872 puffs per pod rather than the claimed 6,000.
Translated into real use: a light vaper (around 200 puffs a day) gets roughly 24 days from one pod. A moderate vaper (around 400 a day) gets about 12 days. A heavy vaper (700+ a day) is looking at 7 days. At £7.99 a pack — or £7.67 on the 3 for £23 — that works out between £0.22 and £0.66 a day, which is where the cost saving against single-use bars really shows up.
Longer, slower draws pull more liquid per puff, so if you take long draws expect the lower end of those numbers.

We bought five units at retail and ran them to exhaustion, logging every puff with a counter. Hayati claim up to 6,000 puffs. We recorded 4,410 / 4,880 / 5,120 / 4,650 / 5,300 — an average of 4,872, or 81% of the claim. That is a normal, honest result for draw-length variation, and it is still comfortably a week of moderate use per pod.
Charging was consistent at 43 minutes from flat on a 1A plug across four cycles. The pod-twist mechanism is the best-executed we have handled — the numbered alignment between pod and refill container makes it near-impossible to seat wrong. Two of the five units showed slight seal seepage past roughly 60% depletion; storing upright avoided it entirely.

Setting up
- Unbox everythingTake the kit and pods out of the tray and foil.
- Charge it firstUSB-C on the base. The screen shows the battery percentage — take it to 100% before the first session.
- Prep the podPeel the sticker and pull the stopper out of the pod.
- Click in the refill containerEach side of the pod is numbered and matches the container — line the numbers up.
- Wait 3–5 minutesLet the coil saturate before the first draw. Skipping this is the single most common cause of a burnt first puff.
- VapeDraw-activated, no buttons. Twist the mouthpiece to swap pods.
